Steadying - Warming - Centering

What to expect: Grounding Vinyasa Flow begins with a central theme woven throughout the class, drawing from yoga philosophy or the mind-body connection, and opens with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body and settle into the breath. The practice unfolds through two rounds of sequencing: the first invites poses to be held for at least three breaths to build strength, stability, and deeper awareness, while the second moves one breath per movement to create heat, rhythm, and fluidity. Sequences may incorporate directional changes and balancing postures to enhance coordination, focus, and ease of movement, before gradually softening into grounding closing shapes, pranayama, and reflection, returning to the initial theme and finishing with a restful Savasana to fully absorb and unwind.
Level: Suitable for all levels.
What to bring/wear: Clothing that's comfortable to move in, layers to take off if it warms up.
Intentional - Present - Harmonising
