At Nua: I'm behind the scenes at Nua, but you'll see me on the mat enjoying the amazing classes on the schedule and hosting some of our Nourish with Nua events.
My vibe: I’m passionate about shaping Nua into a truly special space where movement, creativity, and connection meet - through carefully curated events, gatherings, and a unique schedule that supports members’ ongoing practice.

Co-founder/Yoga and Pilates Teacher
Lauren
At Nua I teach: Vinyasa, Mandala, Mat Pilates.
Also trained in: Reformer Pilates, Yin and Ashtanga.
My teaching vibe: I love to plan classes that help you understand the WHY of each flow. My dream is to give you the tools and confidence to take your practise home and tap into it whenever you need. Come to my classes for plenty of variations, often a lot of laughter and leave feeling energised.

At Nua I teach: Hatha, Gentle Flow and Yin.
Also trained in: Vinyasa, Restorative, Chair, Nidra , Parkinson’s & MS and Children’s Yoga.
My teaching vibe: Yoga is move than just a shape, it is a sustainable practice for a lifetime of movement .
My classes are designed to bridge the gap between functional strength & fluid mobility, ensuring your body feels as good in twenty years as it does today.
By focusing on the breath & deep body sensation I guide students through self discovery that is both playful & inclusive.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time you will find a welcoming space to challenge your limits & celebrate your bodies capabilities.

My teaching vibe:
I enjoy teaching Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Yin and Relaxation classes, and aim to create a safe space for people to practice and feel comfortable in. In my classes, you can expect thoughtful themes woven throughout each session, alongside pranayama, meditation, and a strong connection between movement and breath. All levels are welcome, and I would love for you to join my classes and connect with yourself on a deeper level.

At Nua I teach: Hatha, Beginners Vinyasa, Mat Pilates.
Also trained in: Pre & Post Natal Yoga.
My teaching vibe: I'm a Yoga and Pilates teacher with over 20 years experience in training people in movement. I'm passionate about my clients understanding the difference between - strength, stretch, stability and mobility. I aim to give you the tools to look after your whole body and celebrate its brilliance!

Also trained in: I'm about to start training in Barre and Reformer Pilates.
My teaching vibe: I am obsessed with Pilates. I love it, I believe in what it does long-term, and I want to share that with as many people as I can. My classes are uncomplicated and sneakier than they look. I want you to leave feeling stronger and more connected with your body, with a real sense of achievement, and a desire to come back.

My teaching vibe: My aim is to create classes that feel like a pause from everything else — a chance to slow down, soften and just be. With a focus on restorative yoga and sound, the intention is to support deep relaxation and encourage genuine self-care.

My teaching vibe:
I facilitate breath-led, inclusive and nourishing yoga and somatic practices. I guide gently, with awareness and inquiry, encouraging each practitioner to work with their own unique body.

Also trained in: Hatha
My teaching vibe: My classes are shaped around transformation and subtle shifts in energy, using breath, movement, and pause to support change on both physical and internal levels. I work with students of all levels, from beginners to intermediate, offering an inclusive space to explore stillness and movement with embodied awareness and respect. Come to me for classes grounded in traditional practice, thoughtful sequencing, and the balance between effort and ease.
