Join us for a very special, Candlelit Yin & Sound.
What to expect: Surrounded by the soft light of candles, be ready to relax into a quiet, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deeper connective tissues. Props are used to support each pose, whilst leaving some space to go deeper. Expect stillness, softness, and a chance to slow down, release tension, and turn inward. The last 30 minutes is an immersive sound experience with crystal bowls.
Level: Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
What to bring/wear: Comfy clothing, fluffy socks welcome!
