Deep Rest Sound Bath

Join us at Nua for a deeply restful hour of sound, beginning with gentle breathwork before settling into the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and soft chimes. A chance to simply lie back, pause, and allow the sound to soothe, settle and restore.

We provide mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows, but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear warm, comfortable clothing to keep you cosy throughout.
